After successfully negotiating the sub-contract orders for two new developments, work has commenced today at Ruan Minor – this development of 36 new homes, all with Brazilian Grey/Green slate are being built by construction giant Galliford Try for Coastline Housing. Mylor Bridge is the other development, also being built by Galliford Try for Devon & Cornwall Housing – this development consists of 30 new homes with a mix of natural slate, Redland Mini Stonewolds and Forticrete Mini Slates. Works have already started with four units completed, and another four just about to commence.
Having only recently joined the Company, Mark Baker has been very influential in obtaining these prestigious contracts and has already proved to be a great acquisition for GBRS Ltd.
